WHY I LIKE REAL ESTATE

When I first started in the real estate industry in 1980, I worked for accounting firms doing real estate consulting for a variety of developments around the country.  I had the opportunity to see a lot of real estate projects and to meet many talented real estate professionals.  During the savings and loan crisis, I worked for a small consulting firm that handled portfolios for the Resolution Trust Corporation and had the opportunity to see why those projects had faltered.  Later, I went on to work for a national bank as a commercial and residential review appraiser and learned about real estate from the banker's point of view.  

I love working in real estate and have had the unique opportunity to see many projects from the concept phase, through development, and for some the work-out or correction phase, and lastly from the banking and finance perspective.   Now, I own a building and development company and work on custom home development and commercial projects.

As a real estate broker and certified general appraiser with a diverse project background, I believe I am uniquely qualified and would welcome the opportunity to work with customers on achieving their real estate goals.
